The site is located in the very heart of Feofania reserve, on the territory of scenery park, in 15 km from the center of Kyiv.
The general square of the site is 0,1 hectare. There is a wooden house on the site. It was built according to sketches of Lebedev's original house. The site is situated in 50 m from Saint Panteleimon cathedral.
The site has got a slight slope. The picturesque park is viewed from the windows of the house. There are several small springs on the site. There are ancient oaks, lindens and ashes in the park. According to Cabinet of Ministers' decree, 112 million hrn. is to be spent on reconstruction of historical part of the park in 2004-2008. Cultural and historical age of the manor is more than 500 years.
