So, you have decided to purchase an apartment being built by Budmekhanizatsiya KCD. Your first step will be concluding of a Contract on Participation in Construction Financing Fund. Such procedure is established by the laws of Ukraine in order to ensure additional supervision over the of investors’ funds appropriated for construction.
Construction financing and sales of apartments is carried out by Initsiatyva Finance and Investment Company. Therefore, you shall conclude a contract with Initsiatyva FIC. The whole process of drawing up relevant documents for purchasing an apartment takes up to 30 minutes.
